About Me

Welcome. I’ve loved fitness and being active my whole life. I have been doing Pilates for over 15 years and it has helped me in so many ways:

  • It has made me more aware of, and has improved, my posture.

  • It helps me de-stress and improves my mental health.

  • It makes me feel stronger and more balanced.

  • Regaining my pelvic floor and core strength after each of my pregnancies.

  • Regaining my overall physical strength after a debilitating, year-long illness.

I just can’t say enough good things about Pilates!

I have been a teacher all my working life, having taught Spanish, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and fitness classes. I’m excited to bring my teaching skills into my Pilates classes.

I am a qualified Level 2 Exercise to Music fitness instructor and also a qualified Body Control Pilates* mat instructor.

I offer classes which:

  • Are friendly and welcoming.

  • Are unintimidating and suitable for all ability levels, including beginners.

  • Offer modifications to suit each individual, taking into consideration any prior injuries, limitations and/or how their body is feeling that day.

  • Offer time and space to step away from the busyness and cares of life, to take care of yourself.
