I am committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Any personal details that I request will be securely stored. The information will not be passed on to third parties.

I will only use your personal details in order to contact you with information on classes and other Pilates-related activites, if needed. Additionally, if you use my booking system to pay for classes or if you pay by bank transfer, I require the information you have provided to allow me to schedule bookings and manage my diary within Booking Hawk (the booking system that I use to manage my group class bookings). You may withdraw this 'consent to be contacted’ at any time by emailing me at pilateswithclaireh@gmail.com.

Before your first class, you will need to complete and return a Client Enrolment Form, which I will email to you, at least 2 days before your first class. Unfortunately, I cannot allow you to participate in the class unless I have received your completed form in good time. This form includes information about your health which is categorised by the ICO as ‘special category data’. I process special category data (ie information about your health) in order to understand your needs/goals so that I can provide you with a better service (ie to make sure you are exercising safely in my classes).

You may request details of personal information which Pilates with Claire H hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of your information, please email me at pilateswithclaireh@gmail.com. If you believe that any of your information is incorrect or incomplete, please email me as soon as possible so that I can make the necessary corrections.

Data protecton complaints procedure: If you have a complaint regarding your data, please email me with your complaint at pilateswithclaireh@gmail.com and I will respond withing 30 days.
