Claire’s classes are an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life, taking time to really breathe and focus on moving my body. I’m recruiting long forgotten muscle groups in a gentle way, and week on week, I’m feeling my core strength improve. I’m actually remembering Claire’s instructions day to day and am walking taller!

I’ve been attending Claire’s Pilates class for 6 weeks. Already I’m noticing the difference - my stomach is flatter even though my weight is unchanged, and I feel my posture is much better too. Claire is so knowledgeable and has such a gentle way of teaching.

Pilates with Claire on a Monday evening after a busy work day is one of my weekly highlights. It’s me time that transports me from the stresses and strains of the day and paves the way for the rest of the week. Claire prompts us to leave the weight of the day outside of the room and to check in with our bodies so we can let go of any tension that has crept in. I always leave feeling refreshed, the aches and pains have melted away. Claire has such a gentle and calming way and is always so encouraging. I encourage you to try a class, you won’t be disappointed.
